Peptide-Conjugated Drug Technology Platform

Based on structure-targeted peptides derived from Anji's two peptide source technologies, specific linkers are selected to conjugate with toxins, nuclides, nucleic acids and other drugs to enable development of PDC, PRC, POC and APC drugs. Fully leveraging the rapid enrichment advantage of peptides, the platform achieves rapid accumulation of different types of molecules in the target region, with relatively stable metabolism, fully ensuring sustained effective concentrations over the long term.

Anji Biotech PDC Technology Platform

Based on the STP-CADD platform discovery technology, target peptide sequences can be rapidly identified. Anji Biotech has accumulated years of technical expertise in the PDC field, enabling PDC design, synthesis and in vitro/in vivo evaluation across multiple toxins, different linkers and different targets.

Anji Biotech has been deeply engaged in the peptide field and the PDC field for many years. In PDC design and screening, it can complete the design of peptides for new targets within two weeks and hand them over to Anji's mature efficacy screening platform to rapidly advance PDC screening, optimization and evaluation. Anji Biotech has currently established 5 PDC pipelines, which can enhance efficacy and reduce toxicity of small-molecule drugs, upgrading chemotherapy drugs into targeted drugs.

Anji Biotech PRC Technology Platform

Anji Biotech currently has 6 PRC pipelines under development, with both diagnostic and therapeutic programs. The diagnostic programs enable rapid in vivo screening and patient condition assessment to guide clinical medication, while the therapeutic PRC programs fully exploit the rapid targeted enrichment of peptides to achieve internal irradiation with radionuclides for precise targeted therapy.

Anji Biotech PXC Technology Platform

This platform breaks through the dilemma where conventional PXC-type molecules are constrained by the scarcity of targeting ligands. Based on Anji's exclusive, high-technology-barrier STP-CADD technology platform, it conjugates multiple RNAi modalities through non-covalent or covalent bonds, enabling rapid design and development of highly specific, targeted peptides.
